Location is excellent right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast is good with a selection of fruit, cold cuts and cheeses. Hot items include scrambled egg & ham in a Bain Marie . Cake and pastries available but bread choice could be better. Breakfast staff lovely and helpful and make fresh coffee / tea on arrival. Breakfast time is booked the previous day as it is a small room but was never busy on our allocated slot. The room is bijou with air con but the windows also a open if you prefer. Good shower with basic toiletries. You can ask for any further toiletries at reception….I forgot my toothbrush! The only slight negative about the room is the large obtrusive fire place …. I’m not sure if this brick fireplace is in every room but it is part of the antique building. When you get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet just be careful you don’t bang your head! Had a couple of near misses.

Excellent hotel just behind the Cathedral, close to all facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Providing information on routes of the processions etc. One of our group had a knee problem. They supplied ice, arranged taxis. All of staff including the chamber maids were cheerful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you however, must go to the two members on reception; Jesus and Alexandra, who excelled in customer service. A big thank you to them both. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The breakfast was good for a reasonable price, the room was lovely with an incredible view. The staff were lovely and super helpful, would definitely stay here again. The room itself had great offerings in terms of comfortable bed, lots of windows and natural light, a lovely bathroom with a bathtub, a TV and good storage options. The bathroom offers great extras like a mini shaving kit, shower cap etc. The blinds on the glass partition wall from the bathroom to the bedroom was quite amusing but it was very well soundproofed.

Overall experience was great! The hotel is nicely decorated, modern and the location is extremely good. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and even provided us with some information and curiosity about the hotel's history. They also helped us to know better the city and helped us to call some taxis. The rooms are good sized, confortable and accesible by a modern elevator. Rooms are well equiped with a desk, chair, mini-fridge and a complete bathroom. The hotel provide umbrellas, which you are going to use it.

Really lovely Family run hotel. Room was clean and bed fresh and comfortable, lots of fresh towels. Lovely to hear the church bells ring Location is short walking distance from the Cathedral for mass, Saint James crypt and hugging St James, Camino De Santia Compostela Office, & many more beautiful churches, sites, masses. Good restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacies etc.. The staff gave us maps of the city. & highlighed the sites and routes that we could take to do a walking tour the old city. Thank you🙂
